Phone Setup Assistance and After-hours setup assistance is available for an additional charge*
In all cases Partners should make reasonable efforts to review installation documentation for their selected product type and are thereafter encouraged to contact our support team with any additional questions before deploying live to a customer's production network.
Requirements
Before production cutover, partners should have made reasonable efforts to understand their customers network. Partners should make due diligence to understand their customers network before proceeding with production cutovers to avoid unplanned service outages for their customer. Partners should be prepared for by performing a network/site discovery to include variables such as:
- Statically configured devices on customer premise
- Access to hosted Domain Naming Services (For public IP updates)
- Identify any in use 3rd Party VPNs/Site-to-Site VPNs*.
*Prerequisite: Due to the complex nature and 3rd party resource dependency of external site-to-site tunnels, at least 2 full business days are typically required to coordinate, build, and test site to site tunnels. Partners should build these prior to production site deployment
- Access to ISP hardware and support channels
- Access to local DHCP and DNS servers (Verify ISP DNS servers are NOT used)

Special note: OmniNet cannot be held liable for failure of partners audit or perform a network discovery to account for critical changes necessary during production cutovers. OmniNet will perform reasonable efforts during cutovers to assist partners adjust for unexpected change requirements. However, OmniNet is only responsible for deploying OmniNet rendered services, verifying their accessibility from the customers network, and functionality with our services. OmniNet recommends partner have ready access to vendor support for any critical applications that may be affected during production cutovers so that vendors can collaborate rapidly to solve any service disruptions.
