- OmniBridge hardware

- Power Supply

- Original packaging (if available)

- RMA# (get from Support Team) and reason for return/reference to service ticket

***It would be good to remind the partner that the hardware charge will continue to be billed monthly until we receive the hardware back. And to ask for the tracking number so we can better track the return.
